The hotel's outdoor dining options are excellent.

I am utterly appalled by our experience. We arrived late only to find our air conditioning was broken in one of our three rooms. To make matters worse, two rooms had no hot water, and even after requesting room changes, we were completely ignored until 4:00 AM. When I demanded a refund the next morning, the managers were rude and threatening, insisting we leave the premises while only offering a quarter of our money back.

Just a nice choice for an overnight stopping in Kolymbari with value for price. The outdoor area had plenty of shady spots to relax, which was appreciated during the heat. Make sure to ask about nearby food options because the hotel restaurant is limited.

had a lovely time at kastalia, the pools were fantastic and my kids absolutely loved the waterpark. the outdoor space was perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed exploring the local restaurants nearby. it was a night-and-day difference from my last stay in kolymbari.
